Launched on 22 April 2025, Heli Bhutan has already completed flights to over eight destinations—including remote and mountainous areas like Jomolhari, Sombaykha, Gasa, and Laya—within its first 18 days of service.
CEO Chencho Dorji shared that the service is performing above initial projections, averaging four to five flight hours per day. The company uses a high-altitude Airbus H-125 helicopter, capable of seating six passengers and navigating Bhutan’s rugged terrain with ease.
